摘要 随着我国矿井生产规模不断扩大,巷道掘进速度慢、采掘衔接紧张的矛盾日益突出。为解决这一矛盾,马脊梁矿引进全断面巷道快速掘进系统。详细介绍快速掘进系统的组成和技术特征,分析总结系统在使用过程中的维护要求及常见故障,并对快速掘进系统进行优化。快速掘进系统的使用极大地提高了巷道掘进效率,有效地缓解了马脊梁矿采掘接替紧张的局面。 With the expansion of mine production scale in China,the contradiction between slow driving speed and mining and driving joint tight is becoming more and more prominent.In order to solve this contradiction,the whole section roadway rapid driving system was introduced in Majiliang mine.The technical characteristics and composition of the rapid driving system were introduced in detail,analyzed and summarized the maintenance requirements and common failures of the system,at last the rapid driving system was optimized.The application of rapid driving system greatly improves the efficiency of roadway and effectively alleviates the situation of mining and driving joint.
