摘要
为了解决煤层气车载钻机野外维修周期长、售后服务不及时、钻进经验缺乏以及销售竞争较大等问题,提出了一套远程故障诊断系统。该系统采集终端利用CAN总线技术,通过钻机电控系统实时采集钻机运行状态,并将采集数据发送至故障诊断平台。描述了该系统从采集到数据显示及分析的工作流程,详细阐述了数据采集及处理方法;设计了采用B/S构架的故障诊断平台,并介绍了其故障分析及故障诊断的方法。该系统在车载钻机上的应用,打破了时间、空间局限,有利于钻机施工效率的提升,并能把握住服务市场,能使短暂的产品销售升级为长期的服务项目。
In order to solve the problems of long field maintenance cycle,untimely after-sale service,lack of drilling experience and large competition in sales of CBM vehicle-mounted drilling rig,a remote fault diagnosis system was proposed.The acquisition terminal of the system uses CAN bus technology to collect the real-time running state of the drilling rig through the electric control system of the drilling rig,and send the acquisition data to the fault diagnosis platform.Described the working flow of the system from acquisition to data display and analysis,elaborated on data acquisition and processing methods,designd a fault diagnosis platform based on B/S structure,and introduced its fault analysis and fault diagnosis methods.The application of this system in vehicle-mounted drilling rig breaks the limitations of time and space,helps to improve the construction efficiency of drilling rig,grasps the service market,and upgrades the short-term product sales to long-term service items.
