摘要 针对我国矿井主排水系统智能化程度低、数据挖掘和故障诊断功能欠缺等问题,开发了一套集实时控制、数据分析和远程故障诊断等功能于一体的矿井主排水预警监控系统。设计了软件和硬件,开发了预警监控软件并进行了实验室性能测试。试验结果表明,该系统能够完成矿井主排水无人值守全自动和对排水机组关键设备离心泵的故障诊断工作,实现了矿井主排水系统的自动化及智能化。 Aiming at the problems of low intelligence level,lack of data mining and fault diagnosis in mine drainage system in China,a mine main drainage early warning monitoring system integrating realtime control,data analysis and remote fault diagnosis was developed.Designed the software and hardware solutions,developed the early warning monitoring software,passes the performance test in the laboratory.The results of test operations show that the system can not only realize the unattended automatic operation of the main drainage of the mine,but also realize the fault diagnosis of the centrifugal pump of the key equipment of the drainage unit,and improve the automation and intelligence of the main drainage system of the mine.
