摘要
针对减速机要求综合力学性能高、抗疲劳特性强、振动噪声小等问题,以某减速机为研究对象,分析其结构特性,运用有限元仿真软件Romax建立其振动噪声耦合有限元仿真模型,对其在实际工况下的振动加速度、振动加速度幅值、功率谱密度及结构噪声等振动噪声特性进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:减速机在不同方向振动加速度及振动加速度幅值大小不同,但振动加速度最大值出现的频率相同;减速机不同方向在不同频率下的功率谱密度大小及分布不同;不同中心频率下减速机振动结构噪声也不同。该研究为减速机提高综合力学性能、减小振动噪声提供理论依据。
Aiming at the problems of high comprehensive mechanical performance,strong anti-fatigue property and low vibration noise of the reducer requirement,a reducer has been taken as the research object,and the structural characteristics of the reducer have been analyzed.The finite element simulation software Romax has been used to establish the vibration-noise coupled finite element simulation model;the vibration and noise characteristics of the vibration acceleration,vibration acceleration amplitude,power spectral density and structural noise have been simulated and analyzed under actual working conditions.The simulation results show that the vibration acceleration and vibration acceleration amplitude of the reducer are different in different directions,but the vibration acceleration maximum appears at the same frequency;the power spectral density and distribution of the reducer in different directions and different frequencies are different;in different center frequencies,the vibration structure noise of the reducer is also different.The research provides a theoretical basis for the improvement to the comprehensive mechanical properties and the vibration and noise of the reducer.
