摘要
G3iHD仪器有线放炮功能是解决复杂地区由于通讯不畅无法启动译码器的有效途径.本文详细对G3iHD仪器有线放炮功能的仪器主机与远程编码器的通讯工作原理、数据采集与触发远程编码器的同步控制原理、有线放炮硬件控制电路工作原理以及具体实现方法进行阐述.针对有线放炮的质量控制的局限性,制定远程编码器触发一致性测试、编码器与远程编译码器同步比对测试、远程编译码器同步测试,通过上述测试的实施能有效保证数据采集与译码器触发的同步.
The Remote Encoder shooting function of G3iHD is an effective way to solve the problem that the decoder cannot be started in complex environment with poor communications. This text introduces the communication principle between instrument and remote encoder, the remote synchronization control principle of data acquisition and trigger remote encoder, and the hardware control circuit working principle and realization of PSU or FTU in G3iHD Remote Encoder shooting function. In order to solve the limitation of the quality control of Remote Encoder shooting, the remote encoders AX time delay test, the time zero validation test and the remote decoder and decoder TB signals' synchronization test are developed. Through the implementation of the above tests, the synchronization between data acquisition and decoder trigger can be effectively ensured.
