Summarizing 39 methods of prevention and management of pressure ulcers after SPR.Appropriate measures including preoperative health education and practicing of turning over body in straight line,turning over the body regularly,Using the protective pad to relieve the pressure of the pressed areas,such as 3M film and foam dressing.In addition,It is also important to strengthen patient's nutrition and reduce the stimulation of patients' pressed skin.Patients with SPR have a higher risk of pressure ulcer, and the effective prevention and management measures can significantly reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer.
