亲子冲突对青少年社交回避与苦恼的影响:情绪管理和安全感的链式中介作用

The Effect of Parent-Adolescent Conflict on Adolescents’ Social Avoidance and Distress: The Chain Mediation of Emotion Management and Sense of Security

为探讨亲子冲突对青少年社交回避与苦恼的影响以及情绪管理和安全感在其中的中介作用,采用亲子冲突问卷、情绪管理量表、安全感量表、社交回避与苦恼量表对468名中学生进行测量。结果表明:亲子冲突与情绪管理、安全感呈显著负相关,与社交回避与苦恼呈显著正相关,情绪管理与安全感之间呈显著正相关且两个变量与社交回避与苦恼呈显著负相关;情绪管理和安全感在亲子冲突和社交回避与苦恼之间起链式中介作用,即较高水平的亲子冲突会导致青少年情绪管理能力较差,进而导致青少年缺乏安全感进而使他们表现出更多的社交回避与苦恼。

This study aimed to investigate the effect of parent-adolescent conflict on adolescents, social avoidance and distress and the mediating role of emotion management and sense of security. 468 middle school students participated and completed the Questionnaire of Parent-Adolescent Conflict, Emotion Management Scale, Questionnaire of Sense of Security, and Social Avoidance and Distress Scale. The results showed that: parent-adolescent conflict was significantly negatively correlated with emotion management and sense of security, and positively correlated with social avoidance and distress;emotion management and sense of security were significantly positively correlated with each other, and negatively correlated with social avoidance and distress;emotion management and sense of security played a chain mediating role between parent-adolescent conflict and social avoidance and distress, that is, adolescents5 higher level of parent-adolescent conflict experience would lead to poorer emotion management and lack of sense of security, leading to social avoidance and distress eventually.
