摘要
使用问卷法考察了北京和昆明共计1934名中学生的父母监控、自我控制和网络适应之间的关系。结果发现:(1)中学生的父母监控、自我控制与网络适应各维度间两两显著相关;(2)自我控制在父母监控和网络适应关系间起部分中介作用;(3)性别能够调节父母监控、自我控制和网络适应间的中介作用,即自我控制完全中介女生的父母监控与网络适应间的关系,部分中介男生的父母监控与网络适应间的关系。结论表明,提升青少年网络适应,可以先从父母监控发端,逐渐养成自我控制的习惯,最终建立良好的适应结果。干预时需要分不同性别进行,注意干预方案的性别适用性。
To explore the relationship between parental monitoring,self-comtrol,and network adjustment of middle school students, the Adolescent Network Adjustment Scale (ANAS), Parental Monitoring Questionnaire (PMQ) and Self-Control Questionnaire (SCQ) were administered to 1934 middle school students in Beijing and Kunming. The results showed that:(1) parental monitoring,self-control and network adjustment of middle school students were significantly correlated with each other;(2) self-control partially mediated the relationship between parental monitoring and network adjustment;(3) gender moderated the mediating effect of self-control on the relationship between parental monitoring and network adjustment, that is, girls' self-control completely mediated the effect of parental monitoring on network adjustment, while boys’ self-control did it partially. In order to improve adolescents* network adjustment, intervention could be conducted with parental monitoring as a start, the habit of self-control gradually developed, and finally network adjustment positively achieved. Tlie intervention should be carried out by gender, bearing in mind the gender applicability of the intervention program.
