航标失常不但会影响过往船只行驶的安全,而且也是考核评定航标维护管理的指标,更是衡量一个国家航运事业发展程度的主要参考依据。在分析航标失常主要原因的基础上,提出控制航标稳定性的科学方法,旨在对我国航标维护管理水平的提高有一定帮助。

The abnormal navigation mark will not only affect the safety of passing ships, but also be the index to evaluate the maintenance and management of navigation mark, and it is also the main reference to measure the development of shipping industry in a country. On the basis of analyzing the main causes of the abnormal navigation mark, this paper puts forward a scientific method to control the stability of the navigation mark, which is helpful to the improvement of the maintenance and management level of the navigation mark in our country.
