在我国经济结构中,金融处于核心的位置,是我国经济的命脉,对整个国家的资源配置情况发挥了极其重要的作用。十八届三中全会总揽全局,在金融领域作出了“完善金融市场体系”改革总部署,利率和汇率形成机制市场化改革、民营金融机构试点、多层次资本市场建设等重大金融改革正在加快推进。在国家深化金融改革的大背景下,金融业中一些深层次的复杂问题及各类风险相继显现出来。对此,本文针对目前金融业面临的主要金融风险进行分析,提出创新金融管理与优化服务的具体对策,希望能够为我国金融业的健康稳定发展提供借鉴经验。
