摘要
TCRγδ+上皮内淋巴细胞(IELs)是肠上皮内淋巴细胞中独特的亚群,该群细胞来源于骨髓和胸腺内的初始T细胞,经胸腺内或外发育,并通过血液和淋巴循环迁移至肠道上皮层,其分化和发育受多种细胞因子、趋化因子、肠道菌群和食物抗原等肠道微环境的影响和调节.TCRγδ+ IELs无需抗原递呈细胞的刺激即可迅速活化并识别各种病原体,从而高效分泌细胞因子、介导炎性反应、诱导和维持免疫耐受、与肠上皮细胞发生cross-talk并维持肠上皮完整性.TCRγδ+ IELs在肠道炎性及癌性疾病的发生和发展中发挥着重要作用,为结肠炎及结肠癌等肠道疾病的治疗提供新思路.
TCRγδ+ intraepithelial lymphocytes (IELs) are a unique subset of intestinal epithelial cells. The cells derive from the naive T cells in bone marrow or thymus, develop in or outside the thymus and then migrate to the intestinal epithelium through blood and lymphatic circulation. Differentiation and development of the cells are effected and regulated by intestinal microenvironment such as various cytokines, chemokines, intestinal microbes and food antigens. TCRγδ+ IELs can be quickly activated and then identify various pathogens without the stimulation of antigen-presenting cells, thus secreting cytokines efficiently, mediating inflammatory reactions, inducing and maintaining immune tolerance, having a cross-talk with intestinal epithelial cells, and maintaining intestinal epithelial integrity. TCRγδ+ IELs play an important role in the occurrence and development of inflammaton and cancer in gut, and consequently providing new ideas for the treatment of intestinal diseases, such as colitis and colon cancer.
