摘要
组织工程学技术的深入研究推动了软骨修复方法从细胞疗法向无细胞疗法发展,倾向于认为干细胞是通过旁分泌途径的间接方式来调控修复微环境,因此,本文就组织工程领域无细胞软骨修复方法的研究及外泌体在其中的应用作一综述.
The in-depth study of tissue engineering technology has promoted the development of cartilage repair methods from cell therapy to cell-free therapy. It tends to show that stem cells regulate the microenvironment through paracrine pathway to promotecartilage repair. Therefore, recent advances of cell-free therapy for cartilage repair and the application of exosomes in cartilage tissue engineering are reviewed in this manuscript.
