为了提高网络问卷的调查质量,需要控制网络问卷的各个阶段。文章探讨了网络问卷调查各个阶段数据质量控制的措施。在问卷设计阶段,优化网络问卷以适应移动智能终端,并充分利用网络问卷系统的样本监测、自动跳转、数据检测等技术优势;在抽样阶段,针对网络问卷多用于非概率抽样研究这一事实,采用被访者驱动等可实现统计推论的方法,提升抽样的科学性;在数据收集阶段,增强对于社交平台用户邀请方式、电子红包等激励方式的控制,实现对于网络问卷扩散及填答方式的掌控;在资料处理阶段,需要根据网络问卷的内部和外部特征进行在线即时审核,并利用特定统计技术实现数据清洗。

In order to improve the quality of network questionnaire,it is necessary to control each stage of network questionnaire.This paper discusses the measures of data quality control in each stage of network questionnaire survey.In the stage of ques-tionnaire design,the network questionnaire is optimized to adapt to the mobile intelligent terminal,and the technical advantages of sample monitoring,automatic jump,data detection and other technical advantages are fully used.In the stage of sampling,in view of the fact that the network questionnaire is mostly used in non-probabilistic sampling research,the paper adopts respondent drive and other methods able to realize statistical inference to improve the scientific nature of sampling.In the stage of data collection,the control of the invitation way of social platform users,electronic red envelopes and other incentive ways are strengthened to achieve the control of the network questionnaire diffusion and filling mode.In the stage of data processing,it is necessary to carryout online real-time audit according to the internal and external characteristics of the network questionnaire,and use specific statistical technology to realize data cleaning.
