金属板材数控单点渐进成形表面质量的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 为了分析工艺参数对金属板材单点渐进成形表面质量的影响,本文在数控铣床上进行了08Al钢方锥形盒单点渐进成形实验,检测了表面粗糙度,研究了工艺参数(成形角、横向进给速度、纵向进给速度和进给量)对渐进成形件表面质量的影响。结果表明:成形角为45°时,表面粗糙度最小;横向进给速度为150 mm/min时,表面粗糙度最大;表面粗糙度随纵向进给速度的增大而减小,随纵向进给量的增大而增大。 In order to analyze the influence of process parameters on the surface quality of single-point incremental forming sheet metal, the single-point incremental forming experiment of 08Al steel square cone box was carried out on NC milling machine. The surface roughness was measured and the effect of process parameters(forming angle, transverse feed velocity, and longitudinal direction feed speed and feed quality) on the surface quality of progressive forming part were studied. The results show that the surface roughness is minimum when the forming angle is 45°;the surface roughness is the largest when the feeding speed is 150 mm/min in the transverse directions;the surface roughness decreases with the increase of the feed speed in the longitudinal direction and increases with the increase of feed in longitudinal direction.
