冷轧道次加工率对锆合金板材性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了锆板在相同变形量下冷轧道次加工率对最终成品板材组织、性能及尺寸精度的影响。结果表明:冷轧锆合金板材显微组织为纤维状,随轧制道次加工率的增加,纤维组织越来越细。经过580℃/120 min退火后,锆合金板材纤维组织转化为等轴状晶粒;随冷轧道次加工率的增加,再结晶组织晶粒呈细化趋势,含Nb、Fe和Cr元素的Zr-Fe-Nb第二相粒子越易在晶界析出,有利于板材的力学性能的提升,而不利于耐腐蚀性能的提升。 The effect of cold rolling pass rate on the microstructure, properties and dimensional accuracy of zirconium sheet under the same deformation amount was studied. The results show that the microstructure of cold rolled zirconium alloy sheet is fiber. With the increase of rolling pass processing rate, the fiber microstructure becomes finer. After annealing at 580℃/120 min, the fiber microstructure of zirconium alloy sheet transforms into equiaxed grains. With the increase of cold rolling pass rate, the grain of recrystallized microstructure tends to be refined, the second phase Zr-Fe-Nb particles containing Nb, Fe and Cr elements precipitate more easily at the grain boundary, which is beneficial to the improvement of mechanical properties of the sheet, and not to the improvement of corrosion properties.
