在连铸坯直接轧制输送过程中的温度均匀性研究 被引量:6

摘要 对直接轧制工艺连铸坯头部经切割点到切断的输送过程进行了温度场数值模拟,并与加盖3、6 m长保温罩的情况进行了对比,分析了铸坯温差变化。结果表明:6 m长连铸坯加盖3、6 m长保温罩后表面中心头尾温差分别可以减小13.3、24.3℃,心表温差分别减小11.6、19.9℃。在长度方向上,从铸坯头部到0.1m处温度变化明显,相对于无保温罩,加盖6 m保温罩后可使此段温度提高约35℃。0.1~1 m的铸坯温度变化缓慢,近似线性升高。加盖保温罩后,铸坯温差缩小明显,头部温度的升高有利于轧制时的咬入。 The temperature field of continuous casting billet head of direct rolling process was numerically simulated in the conveying process from cutting point to cutting off. And the condition of heat preservation cover of 3 m and 6 m were compared.The variation of casting billet temperature difference was analyzed. The results show that the surface temperature difference between head and tail can be reduced by 13.3℃ and 24.3℃ and the temperature difference between core and surface can be reduced by 11.6℃ and 19.9℃ respectively after the cover of 6 m long continuous casting billet is added with a cover of 3 m and6 m. In the direction of length, the temperature from the head of the billet to 0.1 m changes obviously. Compared with the non-insulating cover, the temperature of this section can be raised by about 35℃ after the 6 m heat preservation cover is added.The temperature of billet in 0.1-1 m section changes slowly and increases linearly. The temperature difference of the billet decreases obviously after the cover is added, and the increase of the head temperature is favorable to bite in the rolling process.
