基于QForm的铝合金连杆热锻成形数值仿真

摘要 铝合金连杆结构复杂、加工成形困难。对其热锻成形工艺进行了分析,建立了滚轧、预锻、终锻等工序数值仿真模型。运用QForm软件对模型进行了求解,获得不同热锻工艺过程中的温度、载荷的变化规律。结果表明:滚轧、预锻、终锻成形工艺中的温度变化都较小,但是不同成形阶段,最高温度分布位置不同;在滚轧、预锻、终锻等不同成形工艺中,载荷数值及变化趋势不同。 Aluminum alloy connecting rod is difficult to form because of its complex structure. The hot forging process was analyzed, and the numerical simulation models of rolling, pre-forging and finish forging were established. The model was solved by Qform software, and the variation of temperature and load in different hot forging process was obtained. The results show that the temperature variation of rolling, preforging and finish forging processes is relatively small, but the highest temperature distribution is different in different forming stages. In different forming processes, such as rolling, preforging and finish forging, the load value and variation trend are different.
