摘要
目的:使用多排螺旋CT(multidetector computed tomography,MDCT)多平面重建(multiplanar reconstruction, MPR)技术测量食管裂孔表面积(hiatal surface area, HSA),建立测量HSA的新方法,为抗反流手术的术前决策提供参考意见。方法:收集2014年5月至2018年5月东南大学附属中大医院收治的36例食管裂孔疝(hiatal hernia, HH)患者的临床资料,并设置匹配的对照组,运用软件工作站进行MDCT数据的后期处理来确定HSA。结果: HH组HSA为(8.7±6.3)cm^2,大于对照组的(2.6±0.9)cm^2 ( P< 0.001)。两名放射科医师进行独立测量显示相关系数为0.998( P< 0.001)。结论:使用MDCT的MPR技术可测量体内HSA,这种方法可为抗反流手术的术前决策提供参考意见。
Objective: To use multiplanar reconstruction(MPR) technique of multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) to measure the hiatal surface area to provide a reference for the preoperative decision- making of anti- reflux surgery. Methods: The study collected clinical data of 36 patients diagnosed with hiatal hernia(HH) at Zhongda Hospital of Southeast University from May 2014 to May 2018, matched control groups was set up, and post- processing of MDCT data was analyzed using software working station to measure the HSA. Results: The HSA of patients with HH ( n =36) was greater than that of the matched control group [(8.7±6.3) vs (2.6±0.9)cm^2 , P< 0.001]. Thirty- six measurements performed by two radiologists showed a correlation coefficient of 0.998( P< 0.001). Conclusion: MPR technique of MDCT is used to measure the HSA in the body, which is helpful for the decision-making of anti-reflux surgery.
