摘要 对某电厂亚临界600 MW机组深度调峰至30%额定负荷锅炉运行进行研究.结果表明:在无设备改造、无助燃前提下,锅炉低负荷燃烧稳定,主辅机系统运行正常、安全,锅炉满足超低排放要求,基本实现机组静态方式下深度调峰至30%额定负荷锅炉的预期目标.但锅炉也存在二次风流量测量信号较弱、脱硝反应器入口烟温偏低、喷氨流量偏大、锅炉效率偏低等问题,这是进一步完善锅炉深度调峰能力需要解决的问题. The operating capability of a boiler with a sub-critical 600 MW unit is studied when the depth is raised to 30%rated.The results show that the boiler combustion is stable at low load without equipment transformation and no combustion-supporting,the main and auxiliary system of boiler are normal and safe,the boiler meets the ultra-low emission requirements,and the boiler basically realizes the goal of depth peak-load to 30%rated load in a static manner.However,the boiler also has problems such as weak signal of secondary air flow measuring device,low temperature and large ammonia injection of SCR denitrification system,and low efficiency of boiler.This is a problem that needs to be solved to further improve the boiler depth peak-load ability.
