摘要
针对某600 MW亚临界煤粉锅炉炉膛矮,NOx排放浓度高等问题,先后对锅炉进行了2次改造.首次改造,在主燃烧器改造同时,在其上方增设分离燃尽风;第二次改造,配合锅炉参数升级,将炉膛加长,主燃烧器下移,增大燃尽距离.两次改造均取得明显的效果.
The 600 MW subcritical coal boiler which has a lower furnace and high NOX emission had be transformed twice.First,add sofa when the burner was retrofitted;second,the furnace was lengthened,the main burner was moved down and the burnout distance was increased with the upgrade of boiler parameters.Both reforms have achieved remarkable results.
