摘要
采用实验与理论分析相结合的方式对某列车气候试验室极端低温环境无法顺利营造的问题进行分析,发现制冷机组蒸发器表面结霜、冷桥和空气渗透得热及风机电机发热是导致极端温度无法达到的主要原因,据此提出相应的改进方案,并通过实验验证改进方案的有效性,为以后相关试验室的建设和运行提供借鉴意见。
The problem that extreme low temperature can not be created in a train climate laboratory was analyzed by combining experiment with theoretical analysis. It is found that frosting on the surface of evaporator of refrigeration unit,heat gain through cold bridge and air infiltration,and heat generation of fan motor are the main reasons that cause extreme temperature unattainable. Accordingly,corresponding improvements are put forward. The scheme is validated by experiments,which can provide reference for the construction and operation of related laboratories in the future.
