Design and Treatment of Facade of Assembled Buildings

不同的构件需要不同的材料来完成,这就会出现不同形式的构件设计。装配式立面设计要点包括建筑物立面线条设计、建筑物立面的色彩设计、立面设计等。分析装配式建筑立面设计处理存在问题,从立面设计细节、原则以及设计人员设计理念3方面提出改进措施,并从标准化、模块化角度提出加强预制装配式在建筑设计中应用,从而推动我国建筑行业健康发展。

Different components require different materials to complete,which leads to different forms of component design.The main points of the fabricated fa?ade design include the building facade line design,the color design of the building facade,and the facade design. This paper analyzes the problems in the design and processing of fabricated building facades,and proposes improvement measures from the details of the facade design,the principles and the design concept of the designers. From the perspective of standardization and modularization,it is proposed to strengthen the application of prefabricated assembly in architectural design,thus promoting the healthy development of China’s construction industry.
