高支模在悬空天井中施工技术应用

摘要 通过实际工程为例,介绍一栋售楼部--C16号体验中心高支模板在悬空天井中应用,在解决悬空天井支撑体系施工技术稳定性的同时,也兼具施工安全、施工质量及施工成本,介绍了现浇混凝土结构中坡屋面中悬空天井梁及下挂板施工技术措施,内排架支撑体系具有针对性,具体看建筑结构形状,钢管扣件式支撑体系适用于结构不规则、坡屋面结构中,在解决施工技术难题时亦兼顾安全、施工质量及成本,可作为今后挂板、天井及坡屋面工程参考,为类似天井施工提供参考借鉴意义。 Taking the actual project as an example, the introduction of a sales department-C16 experience center high-rise formwork in the suspended patio is used to solve the construction technical stability of the suspended patio support system, as well as construction safety, construction quality and construction. This paper introduces the technical measures for the construction of the suspended patio beam and the lower hanging plate in the slope roof of the cast-in-place concrete structure. The support structure of the inner frame is targeted. The concrete structure of the steel pipe fastener is suitable for irregular structure and slope roof. In the structure,when solving the technical problems of construction,it also takes into account safety,construction quality and cost,and can be used as a reference for future hanging,patio and slope roofing projects. The cost can provide reference for similar patio construction.
