目前,重视建筑材料的自身性能,而忽视防水施工重要性,已成为建筑设施修漏问题的主要原因。通过对层面设计、建筑材料、防水施工和施工维护4个方面的原因分析,提出层面防水施工措施,并给出层面防水施工的整合解决方案。

At present,paying attention to the performance of building materials and neglecting the importance of waterproof construction has become the main reason for the problem of building facilities. Through the analysis of the reasons of layer design,building materials,waterproof construction and construction maintenance,the waterproof construction measures are proposed,and the integrated solution for waterproof construction is given.
