可持续发展理念下,如何实现建筑行业的绿色化、低碳化发展,这已经成为了当前我国建筑行业发展中的一个重要的课题和探讨内容。建筑行业属于高能耗和资源消耗的行业,实际工程项目建设施工的过程中很容易对周边环境产生一定的影响。如何对于这种环境方面的影响进行控制和规避,这是当前房屋建筑施工活动开展中的一个重要的管理探究方向和目标。结合实际情况,从当前建筑行业可持续发展的角度,分析和探讨了绿色施工技术在房建施工中应用的相关问题。

Under the concept of sustainable development,how to realize the green and low-carbon development of the construction industry has become an important topic and discussion content in the development of China’s construction industry. The construction industry is an industry with high energy consumption and resource consumption. It is easy to have a certain impact on the surrounding environment during the construction and construction of actual engineering projects. How to control and circumvent this environmental impact is an important management direction and goal in the current construction of housing construction activities. Based on the actual situation,this paper analyzes and discusses the related problems of green construction technology applied in housing construction from the perspective of sustainable development of the current construction industry.
