关于城建项目管理中进度控制的分析

随着我国城市化建设的不断展推进,近年来城建工程建设规模迅速扩大,而城建项目管理工作也得到更多的重视,这虽然满足了城市建设、发展在建筑设施方面的需求,但由于城建工程项目的规模普遍较大,工期又非常比较紧,因此也同样对工程施工进度控制提出了更高的要求。为此,对城建工程项目施工进度的影响因素进行了分析,并对城建工程项目管理中的进度控制措施展开了探讨。

With the continuous development of urbanization in China,the scale of urban construction projects has expanded rapidly in recent years,and the management of urban construction projects has received more attention. Although this meets the needs of urban construction and development in building facilities,However,due to the large scale of urban construction projects,the construction period is very tight,so it also puts higher requirements on the construction progress control. To this end,the influencing factors of the construction progress of the urban construction project were analyzed,and the progress control measures in the urban construction project management were discussed.
