摘要
通过BIM技术在装配式建设项目全过程带来的技术性变革,包括其在设计阶段、生产阶段、施工阶段、运维阶段的全面应用,BIM技术作为主线贯穿装配式建筑建设项目的设计,生产,施工,运维管理的全过程,将设计、建设、运维、拆除的全生命周期信息化,通过运用装配式建筑BIM技术,实现工程项目各指标参数在建设项目全过程的提升和优化。
The technical changes brought by BIM technology in the whole process of assembly-type construction project,including its comprehensive application in the design stage,production stage,construction stage and operation and maintenance stage,BIM technology as the main line through the design of the prefabricated building construction project. In the whole process of production,construction and operation and maintenance management,the whole life cycle of design,construction,operation and maintenance,and demolition will be informatized. Through the use of BIM technology of assembly and construction,the parameters of the project will be improved in the whole process of the construction project.
