摘要
盾构在软流塑地层中掘进施工,同步注浆采用厚浆,有效控制了地表沉降。通过施工参数的控制和科学管理,有利于维护盾构机的使用寿命,保持良好的盾构掘进施工连续性,能有效的控制地面沉降等。冷冻加钢套筒接收,有效安全的完成盾构在粉细砂地层的接收,创造了良好的效益。结合实际施工过程,针对软土地层施工技术要点加以总结,为今后类似工程提供相应经验。
The shield tunneling construction in soft flow plastic formation,simultaneous grouting using thick slurry,effectively controlled surface settlement. Through the control and scientific management of construction parameters,it is beneficial to maintain the service life of the shield machine,maintain good continuity of shield tunneling construction,and effectively control ground settlement. The frozen steel sleeve is received to effectively and safely complete the reception of the shield in the fine sand formation,which has created good benefits. This paper summarizes the technical points of soft-soil layer construction in combination with the actual construction process,and provides corresponding experience for similar projects in the future.
