某三级甲等精神专科医院护士中医护理知信行现状及影响因素分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的 了解精神专科医院护士中医护理知信行现状并分析影响因素,为在精神专科医院推广中医护理适宜技术提供依据。方法应用自行设计的一般资料调查表和中医护理知信行问卷对177名临床护士进行调查并分析影响因素。结果 177名护士中医护理知信行问卷得分(38.80±10.33)分,护士中医知识大部分来源于网络、健康手册、广播电视等自学途经,而学校基础教学与中医知识培训相对较少;已开展的中医护理适宜技术中以耳穴压豆、中药熏蒸、穴位贴敷等操作为主;科室、学历、护龄是精神专科医院护士中医护理知信行水平的影响因素。结论精神专科医院护士的中医理论及技能较匮乏,知识来源的规范性欠缺,需加强系统、规范的培训,并增加临床实践的机会。 Objective To study the present status of knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) on traditional Chinese medical (TCM) nursing for nurses from a psychiatric hospital and analyze its influencing factors to provide reference for extension of TCM nursing in psychiatric hospitals. Method Investigate 177 clinical nurses by self-designed general information questionnaire and KAP questionnaire on TCM nursing. Make analysis of related factors. Result Score on KAP questionnaire on TCM nursing is (38.80±10.33) for 177 clinical nurses. Nurses acquire TCM knowledge from internet, health manual,radio and television. Acquiring TCM knowledge through school teaching and TCM knowledge training are not common. Appropriate technology of TCM already developed are mainly pressing beans at points, herbal fumigation and point-application. Working departments, nurses’ education level and nursing seniority are influencing factors of KAP. Conclusion Nurses from psychiatric hospitals lack TCM theory and skills and their knowledge sources are not normal. They need systematic and normative training and more clinical chance of practice.
