宁波市215例社区脑卒中老年人自杀意念及影响因素分析

Suicide ideation of 215 cases of stroke elderly in communities in Ningbo and analysis on its influencing factors

目的 了解宁波市社区脑卒中老年人自杀意念发生率及相关影响因素,为预防社区脑卒中老年人自杀行为提供理论依据。方法 通过整群抽样的方法,选取宁波市7个社区215名脑卒中老年人,采用一般资料调查问卷、抑郁自评量表、Beck自杀意念量表、心理痛苦温度计量表、社会再适应量表进行调查。结果在215名社区脑卒中老年人中,有32名(14.9%)老年人有自杀意念,二分类变量Logistic回归分析结果表明,不能自理、有短暂性脑缺血发作、睡眠质量差、卒中后抑郁、显著心理痛苦是社区脑卒中老年人自杀意念的影响因素。结论社区脑卒中老年人自杀意念发生率较高,需加强干预。

Objective To study the incidence on suicide ideation of stroke elderly in communities in Ningbo and its influencing factors to provide reference for intervention on suicidal behavior prevention for stroke elderly in communities. Method Choose 215 stroke elderly from 7 communities in Ningbo by cluster sampling method. Investigate them by general information questionnaire, Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation (BSSI), Distress Thermometer Scale and Social Readjustment Rating Scale (SRRS). Result 32 (14.9%) elderly have suicide ideation among 215 stroke elderly in communities. Result of Logistic regression analysis with two classification variables shows that disable to care of themselves, transient ischemic attack, low sleeping quality, post-stroke depression and obvious psychological pain are influencing factors of suicide ideation. Conclusion There is a high incidence of suicide ideation for stroke elderly in communities, which needs more intervention.
