老年女性尿失禁患者尿布疹的影响因素研究

Study on influence factors of diaper rash for elder women with urine incontinence

目的 通过对老年女性尿失禁患者尿布疹影响因素的研究,为临床上制定预防尿布疹护理措施提供依据。方法 采用自行设计调查表对200例老年女性尿失禁患者进行调查,并分析发生尿布疹的影响因素。结果200例患者中发生尿布疹167例;日常生活能力评分量表评分<20分,纸尿裤污染度均分>2~3分、尿液pH均值>7、纸尿裤更换时间均分>1~2分为老年女性尿失禁患者发生尿布疹的影响因素。结论日常生活能力差、尿液呈碱性、纸尿裤污染程度严重及更换间隔时间长是老年女性尿失禁患者尿布疹发生的危险因素。

Objective To study the influence factors of diaper rash for elder women with urine incontinence and provide evidence for nursing measures on diaper rash prevention. Method Investigate 200 elder women with urine incontinence by self-designed questionnaire and analyze its influence factors. Result There are 167 cases of diaper rash among 200 elder women with urine incontinence. Score on Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL)<20, average score on contamination level of diaper >2~3, mean value of urine pH>7 and average score on changing diaper>1~2 are influence factors of diaper rash. Conclusion Poor activity of daily living, alkaline urine, high contamination level of diaper and long interval time before changing next diaper are risk factors of diaper rash for elder women with urine incontinence.
