摘要
高效液相色谱法建立测定抗氧剂3052含量的分析方法.方法采用WondaSil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相用V(甲醇):V(水)=95:5,检测波长为208 nm,流速1 mL/min,进样量为20μL,结果显示在质量浓度为0.015~0.21 mg/mL时,线性回归方程为y=49 989x+33.976(r^2=0.999 8),样品的加标回收率在98.1%~101.5%之间.
An analytical method for the determination of antioxidant 3052 by HPLC.The determination conditions were as follows:C18 column(WondaSil 4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),The mobile phase consisted of methanol and deionized water,V(Methanol):V(Water)=95:5 UV detector at 208 nm,the flow rate was 1 mL/min and the injection volume was 20μL.The result shows that the mass concentration was 0.015~0.21 mg/mL,the linear regression equation was y=49989x+33.976(r^2=0.999 8)and the recovery rated of the sample was 98.1%~101.5%.
