Safety production has always been animportant goal pursued bymodern iron and steel enterprises. This paper mainly discussesthe construction of safety culture and safety production management in modern iron and steel enterprises. Starting from the relationship between iron and steel enterprise culture and safety management, this paper analyzes the positive significance of strengthening the construction of safety culture in iron and steel enterprises, and puts forward the specific measures of safety culture construction and safety production management based onthis.
