With the rapid development of the market economy, engineering enterprises in China have also stepped up to a new level. As an important part of engineering construction, the vetting exercise of settlement for completion of the construction projects has very important practical significance in ensuring project qualityand improving economic benefits of enterprises, and it has been paidmore andmore attention by engineeringenterprises.Based on this, thispaper simplyanalyzes the problems and relevant suggestions in the current stage of the vetting exercise of settlement for completion of the construction project in China's engineering enterprises, hoping to give some inspiration and help to promote the long-termdevelopment ofour country's engineering enterprises.
