The History and Present of the View of Engineering Talents and the View of Engineering Education

工程人才观和工程教育观是重要的教育理论和教育哲学问题。工程人才观和工程教育观的发展史可以划分为三个时期。在16世纪前的古代时期,工程人才和工程教育处于被排斥位置。在16世纪起的现代化进程中,开始逐步形成现代工程人才观和工程教育观。现代工程人才观和工程教育观的形成和发展与工程师阶层和现代工人阶层的形成和发展有紧密联系。工程人才观和工程教育观与科技产业经济发展的关系也从"滞后"改变为相互适合。21世纪的工程教育改革潮流又将形成新世纪的"新工程人才观"和"新工程教育观"。本文结合工程教育制度的发展对工程人才观和工程教育观的许多问题进行了分析和阐述。

The view of engineering talents and the view of engineering education are important issues of educational theory and philosophy of education. The history of the view of engineering talents and the view of engineering education can be divided into three periods. In the ancient period before the 16 th century, engineering talents and engineering education are excluded in educational system. In the process of modernization since the 16 th century, the view of modern engineering talents and the view of modern engineering education gradually formed and developed. The formation and development of the view of modern engineering talents and the view of modern engineering education are closed related to the formation and development of engineers and workers. The relationship between the view of engineering talents and engineering education and the development of science, technology, economy and industries changed from the former’s lagging behind to adapting to each other. The trend of engineering education reform in the 21 st century will form a new view of engineering talents and new view of Engineering education. Combining with the development of engineering educational institutions, this paper analyses and expounds many problems of the view of engineering talents and the view of engineering education.
