摘要
科技文明类通识课程是工科本科生通识教育的重要组成部分。作为一门横断学科,可靠性系统工程是将来从事工程设计和工程管理等技术工作和科学研究的工科本科生所必备的科技文明类通用知识的一个部分。为了对工科本科生开展可靠性系统工程通识教育,使学生了解掌握工程领域中各类产品失效、系统故障、工程事故和项目失败(统称为失败)的概念和规律,学会在各类工程领域中运用失败分析和失败预防等方法来避免工程失败,在对工科本科生开展可靠性系统工程通识教育的教学思路、教学内容和教学方法进行研究基础上形成了可靠性系统工程通识教育模式,取得了较好的教学效果,为高等工科院校开设类似科技文明类通识课程提供了借鉴。
General education course on science and technology civilization is an important part of general education for engineering undergraduates. As an interdisciplinary, reliability system engineering will be necessary general knowledge for engineering undergraduates, who are engaged in engineering design, engineering management and other technical work and scientific research in the future. In order to adopt general education of reliability system engineering for engineering undergraduates, and to help students understand the concepts and rules of product failure, system failure, engineering accident and project failure(collectively, failure) in engineering field, as well as learn to utilize failure analysis and prevention methods to avoid engineering failure in various engineering fields, this paper conducts a research on the teaching ideas, contents and methods of general education for undergraduate about reliability systems engineering. Meanwhile, this paper proposes a teaching pattern of the reliability systems engineering, which exhibits favorable efficiency in teaching, and provides reference when offering similar general engineering courses in higher engineering colleges.
