摘要
工业4.0是德国政府为提升工业竞争实力、迎接未来先进制造领域挑战所提出的战略规划。本文以工业4.0的内涵认知为目标,从分析工业4.0的关键技术领域和核心价值链体系出发,梳理工业4.0的发展和实现与德国工程教育体系的适配性,以及对工程教育和人才培养提出的基本要求。在此基础上,结合前期研究成果,即基于工业价值链的工程人才培养模式,厘清工业4.0体系对工程人才培养的基本需求和必然要求,分析和发现五种工程人才培养模式与工业4.0及其价值链体系的内在关联性。
Industry 4.0 is a strategic plan raised by German government for improving industrial competitiveness and meeting the challenges in advanced manufacturing area in the future. This article is trying to focus on understanding the connotation of Industry 4.0. It starts with analyzing the key technology area and core value chain system of Industry 4.0, then it teases out the suitability between the development and realization of Industry 4.0 and German’s engineering education system. Based on our previous research, i.e. the five aspects of engineering talent training mode, the basic and necessary demands of Industry 4.0 to the training will be proposed, and the potential correlation between these five modes and Industry 4.0 will be analyzed.
