互联网工程师工作绩效影响因素研究——基于工作场所乐趣和代际差异的解释

The Influence of Engineers’ Job Performance: Based on Workplace Fun and Generational Difference

随着互联网和人工智能产业的飞速发展,互联网工程师的工作内容和工作绩效也发生了巨大变化。在"996"工作制大讨论背景下,工作场所乐趣和新生代代际差异对工作绩效的影响越来越受到学术界的关注。本文从工作场所乐趣和代际差异角度,以华东地区的240名工程师为研究对象,运用结构化访谈和问卷调查方法,试图解释新一代互联网工程师工作绩效的关键影响因素。研究结果发现,在90后和80后工程师群体中,工作场所乐趣对其工作绩效起显著的正向影响,社会网络在工作场所乐趣与工作绩效之间具有部分中介效应;而代际差异对工作场所乐趣与工作绩效之间关系具有显著的缓冲效应。与此同时,在90后工程师群体中,工作场所乐趣、社会网络与工作绩效之间的关系效应明显强于80后群体。基于此,本文提出,在新工科教育改革实践中,应将体验式学习嵌入课程设计,关注工作场所游戏化情境和社会网络特征对新一代工程师行为模式的塑造。

With the development of artificial intelligence and the Internet industry, the work content and performance of Internet engineers have also undergone new changes. In particular, the presence of the "996" work time, the influence of workplace fun is more and more concerned by the academic and business circles, and the intergenerational differences in the new generation are significant. From the perspective of workplace fun and intergenerational differences, this paper used 240 engineers in East China for the questionnaire to explain the impact mechanism of Internet engineer performance. The results showed that there is a moderate effect on the relationship between workplace fun, social network and job performance after 90 s and 80 s;external social networks play a partial mediate role between workplace fun and job performance, and in the post-90 s group Workplace fun, social networks and job performance are significantly stronger than the post-80 s group. Thus, this paper proposed suggestions to improving the workplace fun and job performance of IT engineers.
