供给侧改革背景下高职院校人才培养优化策略分析

摘要 分析我国高职教育人才供给结构,得出教育控制活动缺乏柔性、专业设置与布局不合理、人才培养方案设计和实施偏离经济及人的发展诉求等失衡的症结。从柔性教育系统、校企合作、专业设置、信息系统以及决策控制系统五个方面提出供给侧改革背景下的人才培养优化策略。 The paper analyzes the crux of the imbalance of talent supply structure in higher vocational education in China: Education control activities are lack of flexibility. The professional setting and layout are unreasonable. The design and implementation of talent training programs deviate from the pursuit of economic and human development. In the context of supplyside reform, the paper puts forward the optimization strategies from five aspects : flexible education system, school-enterprise cooperation system, professional settings, information system and decision-controlling system, providing reference for the development of the higher vocational education in China.
