新时代应用型高校专业社团实践育人平台建设探究

Research on Construction of Talent Cultivation Platform Based on Professional Associations of Students in Application-oriented Universities in New Era

应用型高校专业社团具有鲜明的实践性、创新性和可移植性,目前专业社团的快速发展存在一定现实困境。实践和育人两者之间天然就有着紧密的联系。需要充分重视和挖掘实践在专业社团这个平台培养人、塑造人、改造人的功能和作用。切实构建专业社团实践育人平台,不断提升实践育人在新时代的有效性,更好地实现立德树人的根本目标。基于此,通过分析应用型高校专业社团发展现状及发展趋势,并以武汉商学院专业社团建设发展经验为支撑,探索基于专业社团建设的实践育人平台建设路径。

The student associations in application-oriented universities are usually characterized with such features- practicality, innovativeness, and transplantability. Now the professional associations of students are faced with some predicament in their development. Practice and talent cultivation are innately associated, so importance should be attached to the role and effect of student practice associations as a platform of talent cultivation and shaping. Accordingly, we should put efforts in building the professional associations of students as a platform of talent practice and cultivation, improving the effectiveness of practice in talent cultivation, and better realize the fundamental goal of cultivating talents with virtue. The paper studies the development status and trend of professional associations of students in application-oriented universities, exemplified with the case of Wuhan Business University, in order to probe an approach of constructing a talent-cultivation platform based on professional associations of students.
