阐述高职院校的公共实训基地“五融合”建设的内涵,剖析“五融合”建设面临企业和社会力量参与度不够、高职院校社会服务能力不强、持续投入资金不足等难题。阐明公共实训基地“五融合”建设难题破解之策主要在于:创新“引企入教”和“引校入企”模式、提升高职院校办学水平以加强社会服务能力、建立健全多元资本投入和市场化运行管理机制等,以期建设高水平产教融合型实训基地。

This paper expounds the connotation of the construction of "five integration" in the public training base of higher vocational colleges, and analyzes that the construction of "five integration" faces some problems, such as the participation of enterprises and social forces is not enough, the social service ability of higher vocational colleges is not strong, and the continuous investment funds are insufficient. It further analyzes that the main countermeasures to solve the difficult problems in the construction of "five integration" in public training base are as follows: innovating the mode of "introducing enterprises into teaching" and "introducing schools into enterprises", improving the level of running higher vocational colleges in order to strengthen the social service ability, establishing and perfecting the multi-capital investment and market-oriented operation and management mechanism, etc., in order to build a high-level production-education integration training base.
