摘要
介绍通过实际试验得出数据,分析覆盖件回弹的关键影响因素,利用正交试验,结合Minitab拟合压边力、冲压速度和料厚的回归模型,得出控制回弹的最优参数组合。实际验证结果表明,采用优化后的工艺参数成形车身覆盖件,成形零件的回弹得到了控制,节约了制造成本。
The key factors for the springback of body cover panels were analyzed based on the data obtained from actual experiments.By using the orthogonal test,the Minitab software was applied to fit the regression model including the blank holder force,stamping speed and material thickness,and the optimal parameter combination to control springback was obtained.The actual verification results showed that the springback of the body cover panels was controlled by applying the optimized process parameters.
