Synthesis and Characterization of Bio-based Long Carbon Chain PA10T/10I

摘要 以癸二胺(从植物蓖麻油中提取)、对苯二甲酸和间苯二甲酸为原料,水为溶剂,通过"一锅法"合成了共聚酰胺10T/10I(PA10T/10I)。利用乌氏黏度计、傅里叶红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪对聚合物的结构和热性能进行了表征。结果表明:PA10T/10I热性能优异,在PA10I含量为25%时,PA10T/10I的起始分解温度为350℃,熔点为280.91℃。在保证优异热性能的同时,有效地降低了熔点,扩宽了加工窗口。 Co-polyamide 10T/10I(PA10T/10I)was synthesized by"one-pot method"using decamethylene diamine(extracted from plant castor oil),terephthalic acid and isophthalic acid as raw materials and water as solvent.The structure and thermal properties of the polymer were characterized by Ubbelohde viscometer,Fourier infrared spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimeter and thermogravimetric analyzer.The results show that PA10T/10I has excellent thermal properties.When PA10I content is 25%,the initial decomposition temperature of PA10T/10I is 350℃and the melting point is 280.91℃.While ensuring excellent thermal properties,the melting point is effectively reduced and the processing window is widened.
