摘要
针对三通水阀的结构特点,运用UG设计了一套从多个方向进行侧抽芯的注塑模具。根据模拟结果和模具设计经验,合理地选择了点浇口的注塑位置,冷却系统采用"S"形冷却水路。成型机构由型芯、型腔、侧抽芯和镶块组成。通过UG注塑模块进行模具设计,可有效地缩短设计周期,节省生产成本。设计的模具结构紧凑、工作稳定,为同类型模具的设计提供了参考。
The structure characteristics of the tee water valve were analyzed,and a set of mould which can side core-pulling from multiple directions was designed by using UG software.According to the simulation results and mould design experience,the injection position of the point gate was reasonably selected,and the"S"shaped cooling water path was adopted in the cooling system.The mould was composed of a core,a mold cavity,a side core-pulling and an inserting block.The mould with compact structure and stable work was designed with the help of UG injection mold module.It can effectively shorten the design cycle,save the production cost,provide a useful reference for the mould design of similar parts.
