摘要
通过设计一种卷烟加工过程的远程供胶监控系统。监控系统由上位机和现场控制器组成,并采用PC/PPI电缆建立串行通信。现场控制器包括西门子S7-200型PLC、数字量直流输出扩展模块EM222和模拟量直流输入扩展模块EM231。上位机采用组态王软件编辑监控软件。根据实际加工设备开展了现场控制器的I/O分配、电气控制线路设计、梯形图控制程序编写,并编辑了监控软件的监控画面、实时报表画面、历史报表画面和报警事件画面的编辑。试验测试表明,设计的控制系统实现了供胶液位的实时监测。液位可以由PLC自动控制或通过上位机远程控制;通过实时报表和历史报表可以统计单次、每日和每月用胶量,当液位值达到设定的上下限时,报警画面会自动弹出显示报警事件。
In this paper, a remote glue supply monitoring system for cigarette processing was designed. The monitoring system was composed of host computer and field controller, and serial communication was established by PC/PPI cable. The field controller includes Siemens S7-200 PLC, digital DC output expansion module EM222 and analog DC input expansion module EM231. The host computer used KingView software to edit the monitoring software. According to the actual processing equipment, I/O distribution of field controller, design of electrical control circuit and programming of ladder diagram control program were carried out, meanwhile the monitoring screen, real-time report screen, historical report screen and alarm event screen of the monitoring software were edited. The experimental results showed that the designed control system realizes the real-time monitoring of the glue level. The liquid level can be controlled automatically by PLC or remotely by PC. The real-time report and historical report can be used to count the amount of glue used per time, daily and monthly. When the liquid level reaches the set upper and lower limits, the alarm screen will automatically display alarm events.
