低相对分子质量肝素钠联合戒烟教育干预对下肢动脉硬化闭血栓形成患者生活质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的以低相对分子质量肝素钠(LMWH-Na)联合戒烟健康教育干预,探讨其对下肢动脉硬化闭塞血栓形成及患者生活质量的影响。方法于2015年3月-2017年3月采用随机抽样的方法抽取我院的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者70例(观察组及对照组各35例),本研究采用临床随机对照试验的设计方案,所有选入研究队列的受试者均行下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的常规保守治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上添加LMWH-Na联合戒烟教育干预,对照组则不添加任何额外干预,对比两组患者住院期间的治疗结果。结果观察组在干预前后"NRS评分"、"畏寒评分"、"肢端麻木评分"、"肌肉痉挛评分"、"易疲劳评分"、"躯体功能评分"、"情绪功能评分"、"社会功能评分"项目得分有所提升,对照组在干预前后"NRS评分"、"畏寒评分"、"肢端麻木评分"、"躯体功能评分"、"社会功能评分"项目得分有所提升,观察组与对照组相比"NRS评分"、"肢端麻木评分"、"躯体功能评分"、"社会功能评分"项目得分提升更加明显(P均>0.05)。结论 LMWH-Na联合戒烟教育干预预防患者下肢血栓形成获得了比常规治疗更好的效果,对患者躯体和社会功能的改善尤为显著。 Objective To investigate the effects of low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with smoking cessation health education on the thrombosis of lower extremity arteriosclerosis and the quality of life of patients.Methods From March 2015 to March 2017,70 patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans in a third-grade hospital were random extracted by fixed-group sampling(35 in the experimental group and the control group).The randomized controlled clinical trial was used in this study.In the design of the trial,all subjects enrolled in the study cohort underwent conventional conservative treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans.The experimental group added low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with smoking cessation education intervention on the basis of conventional treatment,while the control group did not add any additional.The treatment outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results Before and after the intervention,the NRS score,the chilly score,the numbness score,the muscle fatigue score,the fatigue score,the physical function score,the emotional function score,and the society The scores of the functional scores were improved.The scores of the NRS score,the chilly score,the numbness score,the physical function score,and the social function score were improved before and after the intervention.Compared with the control group,the scores of"NRS score","limb numbness score","body function score"and"social function score"were more obvious(P>0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin combined with smoking cessation education intervention to prevent lower extremity thrombosis has a better effect than conventional treatment,and the improvement of physical and social function is particularly significant.
