检测血小板计数、体积及血清降钙素原在新生儿败血症中的临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探析血小板计数(BPC)、血小板体积(MPV)及血清降钙素原(PCT)对新生儿败血症(NS)的诊断价值。方法选取2015年6月至2017年12月江西省上饶市鄱阳县人民医院新生儿科收治的43例NS患儿(A组)、50例健康新生儿(B组),检测其BPC、MPV及PCT水平,并通过ROC曲线明确预测截点,并分析血清BPC、MPV及PCT诊断NS的诊断效能。结果 B组血清中BPC水平高于A组(P<0.05),MPV和PCT表达水平低于A组(P<0.05);PCT诊断NS的AUC为0.802,分别大于MPV的0.693、BPC的0.629(P<0.05),BCT诊断NS的敏感度0.826分别高于MPV的0.743、BPC的0.569(P<0.05),三者的特异度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PLT、MPV分别对诊断NS具有一定的准确性,PCT的准确性更高。 Objective To explore and analyze the diagnostic value of blood platelet count(BPC),platelet volume(MPV)and serum procalcitonin(PCT)on neonatal sepsis(NS).Methods 43 children patients with NS(group A)and 50 healthy neonates(group B)admitted to the Department of Neonatology of People’s Hospital Poyang County,Shangrao City,Jiangxi Province from June 2015 to December 2017 were selected for the study.The levels of BPC,MPV and PCT were detected,and the predicted cut-off point was clearly determined by the ROC curve,and the diagnostic efficacy of serum BPC,MPV and PCT in the diagnosis of NS was analyzed.Results The serum BPC level in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05)while the expression levels of MPV and PCT were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).The AUC of PCT diagnosis of NS was 0.802,which was greater than 0.693 of MPV and 0.629 of BPC(P<0.05).The sensitivity of PCTfor diagnosis of NS was 0.826,which was higher than 0.743 of MPV and 0.569 of BPC(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the specificity among the three(P>0.05).Conclusion BPC and MPV have certain accuracy in the diagnosis of NS,and PCT has higher accuracy.
