摘要
目的通过调查综合治理前后蚊虫密度的变化,分析防治效果。方法分别采用CO2灯诱法、吸蚊器法和帐诱法采集成蚊,并对捕获蚊虫计数,评价综合灭蚊的效果。结果营区采集蚊种3属4种,淡色库蚊属该营区的优势种,综合灭蚊前营区平均蚊密度为17.93只/(灯·h),实施综合防治措施后营区平均蚊密度降为4.32只/(灯·h),营区蚊密度下降率为76%。吸蚊器法监测鱼塘和战术训练场的蚊密度下降率分别为75.36%和75.34%。帐诱法监测宿舍区和附近树林的蚊密度下降率分别为85.37%和76.74%。目测法监测厕所和猪圈内外墙蚊密度下降率分别为63.64%和92.86%。结论营区综合治理能有效降低蚊密度,对有效控制蚊媒传染病具有重要的作用。
Objective To observe the effects of integrated management on mosquito density.Methods Adult mosquito densities were investigated with CO2 light traps,mosquito sucking device and tent trap respectively,and the effect of integrated mosquito control was evaluated.Results Four species of mosquitoes were collected,belonging to three genus,Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species.The average mosquito density in the camp was 17.93 insects per lamp in an hour before the implementation of control,decreased to 4.32 insects per lamp in an hour after the control,showing 76% reduction rate.The mosquito densities decreased by 75.36% and 75.34% in the fish ponds,tactical training areas when observed by mosquito absorbers method,85.37% and 76.74% in the dormitories and nearby woods when observed by mosquito nets method,and 63.64% and 92.86% in the outdoor toilets and on the piggery walls when observed by ocular estimate method.Conclusion Integrated control can effectively reduce the density of mosquitoes.
