摘要 目的分析2014-2018年抚顺市肾综合征出血热的流行病学特征,为制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学分析方法对2014-2018年抚顺市肾综合征出血热疫情进行分析。结果2014-2018年抚顺市肾综合征出血热发病515例,年平均发病率为4.91/10万,2014年发病率最高为7.08/10万。秋季发病数最高,为215例(41.75%);清原县每年的发病率最高,其次为新宾县;男性发病数为387例(75.15%),男女比为3.02∶1;40~59岁年龄组发病数最多,为281例(54.56%);农民发病数最高,为397例(77.09%)。发病率与鼠带毒率和鼠密度的相关系数r分别为0.60(P>0.05)、0.42(P>0.05),尚不能确定HFRS发病率与鼠带毒率和鼠密度具有相关性。结论抚顺市肾综合征出血热发病具有明显季节性、地区性及人群特异性,应加强人间疫情和宿主动物监测。 Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS) in Fushun from 2014 to 2018,and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control measures.Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was used to analyze the epidemic situation of HFRS in Fushun from 2014 to 2018.Results A total of 511 cases of HFRS patients were confirmed.The incidence of the average annual was 4.91 out of 100 000 in Fushun.The highest incidence was 7.08 per 100 000 in 2014.The highest number of cases was 215(41.75%) in autumn.The highest incidence was found in Qingyuan County from 2014 to 2018,followed by Xinbin County.The number of male cases was 387(75.15%) and the male-female ratio was 3.02∶1.The 40-59 age group held the most cases,281(54.56%),among the age groups.There were 397(77.09%) case out of farmers,who held the most among the professional groups.The correlation coefficient between incidence and virus carrier rates of rat and rat density were 0.60(P> 0.05) and 0.42(P>0.05).It was still not possible to determine the correlation between HFRS incidence rate with virus carrier rates of rat and rat density.Conclusion The incidence of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Fushun displayed some pattern with seasons,regions and populations.Human epidemic and host animals management should be strengthened.
