党的十九大报告提出,要贯彻新发展理念,建立现代化经济体系。现代化经济体系是由社会经济活动各个环节、各个层面、各个领域的相互关系和内在联系构成的一个有机整体。黑龙江省作为全国重要的老工业基地和粮食主产区,肩负着维护国家国防、粮食、生态、能源、产业"五个安全"的重要使命,关乎国家发展大局,迫切需要研究现代化经济体系问题。本文认为,黑龙江省现代化经济体系研究应遵循"2W+2H"的研究方法,即深刻认识重要意义、科学把握主要内容、突出抓好重点工作与加快推动成果转化等维度,开展深入系统的研究。

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stated that it is necessary to implement the new development concept and establish a modern economic system. The modern economic system is an organic whole consisting of the interrelationship and internal relations of all links, various levels and various fields of social and economic activities. As an important old industrial base and a major grain producing area in the country, Heilongjiang Province shoulders the important mission of safeguarding the " five securities" of the country’s national defense, food, ecology, energy and industry. It is related to the overall situation of national development and urgently needs to study the modern economic system. This paper believes that the research on modern economic system of Heilongjiang Province should follow the research method of " 2 W+2 H", which is to deeply understand the important significance, scientifically grasp the main content, highlight the key work and accelerate the transformation of results, and carry out in-depth systematic research.
